River Bend Park would like to welcome our new residents: Ross & Liz Curley

Ross and Liz Curley are Chicago natives and have been married for 43 years. After a friend mentioned the Cotter/White River area, Ross and Liz decided to visit on a camping trip and were immediately impressed. “What’s not to love about lower taxes and warmer weather!” stated Liz.

During their stay at Denton Ferry RV Park, they saw a River Bend Park brochure and called the owners Danny and Donna Montgomery to inquire about homes. Once they returned to Chicago, the Curley’s looked online and visited a Champion Homes factory in search of the perfect home. After they picked their custom home and lot, Danny and Donna arranged delivery and set up. “The process was very easy and Donna kept us updated while we were moving all our belongings from Chicago to Gassville,” says Liz. By the end of June, the Curley’s were moved in and enjoying their new custom residence and hand-picked lot in the River Bend community.
